Our trainer spent two days covering all the different modules and then when it was time to "Go Live" instead of helping us or at least leading us through it like we had be told. On site training is not worth the extra money they will charge you for. It is not as customizable as you will be told by the sales reps. We have been forced to change almost every procedure because Fishbowl only has "One" way of doing things. Take caution because it has not been anything like that. Nothing is impossible for Fishbowl they will say. Overall: When I started talking with sales they really over sold Fishbowls capabilities.
